Order Processing
All standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase, excluding items marked as pre-order.
Pre-order Items
Some of our pieces are limited edition and made to order. If your item is labeled as pre-order, it means it’s currently in production and may take 6 to 12 weeks before it ships.
Why the wait?
Because we believe in creating intentional, exclusive pieces—without overproduction. Each garment is crafted with care and patience.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, everything will ship together once your pre-order item is ready.
Estimated Delivery Times

Standard orders (U.S.): 3–7 business days

Pre-order items: 6–12 weeks for production + shipping time

International: 7–21 business days depending on destination
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order anytime via our website or the carrier’s website.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you made a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Starluxe is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
Didn’t receive your package?
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order:

Wait 24 more hours (sometimes delivery scans happen early)

Contact the shipping carrier
If your package still hasn’t arrived, email us at starluxebrand@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll help you out.
